• Support internal and external audits while maintaining accounting policies.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries that support accurate financial closes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, investments, fixed assets, and prepaid accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Compile and prepare financial data for Board and management reporting.
• Complete quarterly regulatory filings and required sales/property tax reports.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Provide cross‑functional support and contribute to a strong, collaborative department culture.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
