The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 1+ year of experience, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and ethics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1+ year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of GAAP.
• Detail oriented, organized, and ethical with the ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain financial reports and general ledger accounts and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Research and correct account discrepancies.
• Meet monthly and ad-hoc reporting deadlines.
• Assist with audits and other inquiries as needed.

We Are Currently Seeking An Experienced STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance, with one or more years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in use Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and other basic computer skills. Must possess accounting knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Must be detail oriented and keep information accurate and organized.
• Highly ethical with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
