CFS in Wisconsin seeks a Staff Accountant I to support month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analyses. You will manage fixed assets, capital additions, and ERP system maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll review purchase orders, assist with external audits, and help enhance reporting while exploring workflow automation using Palantir AI and other tools. This role suits detail-oriented, collaborative analysts who thrive in a growing, community-focused company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
