Job summary

Right Choice Accounting Solutions LLC seeks a Staff Accountant to own core bookkeeping and accounting tasks for a portfolio of clients. The role includes managing reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, and month-end close, with close collaboration to leadership.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Hybrid work from our Duluth, GA office during training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Excellent communication and a reliable, organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across a portfolio of client companies.
• Clean up and correct existing books where needed.
• Process payroll for clients' employees and contractors.
• Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Support the full month-end close process.
• Communicate status, blockers, and needs with the team.
