Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience preparing business tax returns (1120S, 1065, Schedule C).
• Drake Tax experience preferred.
• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or CPA candidate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the judgment to know what to fix versus what to fix.
• Excellent communication skills; willing to ask questions and keep the team updated.
• Must be able to work from our Duluth, GA office during training, then hybrid.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a positive office culture.

• Prepare individual and business tax returns.
• Review your own work and leave returns ready for a final review.
• Stay on top of outstanding items, including document requests, missing information, and e-file acceptances.
• Communicate directly with clients to keep every return moving.
• Year-round tax work: quarterly tax management, ongoing tax planning, and tax-specific monthly reporting.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with the team on status, blockers, and needs.
