Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of accounting experience, and solid GAAP knowledge. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports.
• Compile and analyze financial information to support accurate reporting.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and vendor communications.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Assist with budget planning and ongoing budget management.
• Support year-end close and annual audit preparation.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and reporting deadlines.
