Job summary

Quadient is seeking a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, intercompany accounting, and related reconciliations in a hybrid work environment. You will perform daily cash reporting, assist with audits, and develop ad hoc reports for management and auditors, contributing to accurate financial results.

The role emphasizes strong GAAP understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on complex intercompany processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3 years’ experience in Month-end close and account reconciliation.
• Experience with intercompany accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good understanding of GAAP.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month end close including preparing journal entries.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve variances.
• Handle intercompany settlements and calculate settlements amounts.
• Create account reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and auditors.
