Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant I for its growing manufacturing and distribution client in Oconomowoc, WI. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus bonus and a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote per week).

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage fixed asset accounting processes, including asset capitalization, tracking, and maintenance within the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform variance analysis and assist leadership in understanding financial performance drivers.
• Partner with accounting and FP&A leadership on process improvements, audit support, automation initiatives, and special projects.
