Job summary

Malena Produce, Inc. is seeking a detailed and motivated Staff Accountant to support daily accounting, prepare financial reports, and perform reconciliations.

You will monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting, process banking transactions, and manage grower accounts and settlements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with at least three years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the fresh produce industry is a plus but not required.
