Responsibilities

• Daily management of cash and bank reconciliations
• Record journal entries and maintain ledgers
• Prepare workpapers and cost allocations
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts
• Assist with quarter-end deliverables and financial statements
• Reconcile management fee calculations and assist invoicing
• Process wires and transfers
• Assist with budget-to-actual analysis
• Assist with tax compliance
