Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting preferred (Master’s in accounting or MBA is a plus).
• Must exhibit a strong work ethic and be able to complete projects accurately under tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Excel and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and code accounts payable invoices for timely vendor payments.
• Review AMEX transactions and upload activity accurately.
• Perform GL accounting activities including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare amortization schedules for prepaid costs and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track receivables, WIP, and deposits for portfolio companies; support deal teams.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly close and process improvement efforts.
• Support SEC reporting (Forms 10-K/10-Q) and SBA reporting (Forms 468/1031).
• Prepare investor and analyst presentation materials and supporting schedules.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
