The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting and is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, with excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with owners, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation.
• Manage the company credit card system.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Credit card expense coding.
• Journal entry preparation.
• Preparation of a multitude of Excel reports.
• Correspond with owners, vendors and business partners via phone, email and mail in a professional manner.
• Meet deadlines for each task and maintain monthly checklists.
