Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring an STAFF ACCOUNTANT in Wisconsin. This in-office role runs Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with a pay range of $58,000 to $63,000 per year. You will support accounts receivable, month-end close, and various accounting duties across vending, market, and office coffee service lines.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within an operations-focused accounting environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor s degree in accounting or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations
• Manage P-card activity and supporting documentation
• Process customer commissions
• Participate in cash room activities, including petty cash reconciliation and cash management
• Assist with fixed asset tracking and management
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support audits, compliance activities, data entry, and special projects as assigned
