• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR and GL entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions across entities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Support payroll-related reporting and vendor documentation.
