Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to three years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and accountability.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Review, investigate, and resolve errors in accounting records and reconciliations.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory reports, including sales/use tax and highway use tax.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports.
• Develop business partnerships through regular interaction with operations and management.
• Promote collaboration between accounting and business operations.
