Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements from general ledger data and various departments.
• Create month-end journal entries and maintain schedules (prepaids, depreciation).
• Prepare bank deposits and cash flow statements.
• Process payments, accrue expenses, and reconcile accounts.
• Support A/R by processing POs, invoicing, and posting deposits.
• Answer accounting questions by researching data and providing interpretations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis for Finance and other teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard organizational information.
• Take direction from management and cross-train on multiple functions.
