Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and investigate account discrepancies.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting requirements.
• Track and maintain fixed asset activity and related accounting records.
• Support tax compliance activities and external audit requests.
• Analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist with special accounting projects and process improvements.
