Job summary

Enclave, a unified real estate investment firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant at our West Fargo, ND corporate office. This entry-level role supports daily financial activities, assists with month-end close, and helps ensure accurate records.

You’ll work closely with the accounting team to maintain compliance and drive process improvements. You’ll gain exposure to fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting while contributing to projects across multifamily, industrial, and commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using a fixed asset software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheets, income statements, and P&L statements.
• Perform general ledger reviews and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial statement analysis and reporting.
