Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• Minimum four years of related accounting support experience with one year of increasing responsibility.
• Experience with ERP software such as JD Edwards.
• Experience with accounts payable is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and processes accounting transactions related to customer billings, task orders, contracts, invoices, and requisitions.
• Performs auditing functions involving purchase orders, invoices, A/R, payroll, and related reports.
• Prepares updates, analyzes, and corrects general ledger entries.
• Produces reports, ledgers, reconciliations and statements to internal departments and external agencies.
• Researches and resolves automated accounting system issues.
• Interacts effectively with others in the workplace.
• Follows workplace safety rules and policies.
