TransPerfect is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting group. This role handles high-volume reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statements in a multi-company environment, including intercompany and international aspects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in a fast-paced setting, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume accounting role.
• GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-volume bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for multi-company environment.
• Coordinate with outside accountants for audits and reports.
• Maintain detailed reconciliations and account analysis.
• Support special projects as needed.
