ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our San Diego office.

The role handles journal entries, reconciliations for cash, prepaids, fixed assets, and accrued liabilities, and supports clinical trial accounting under the Senior Accountant. This full-time position reports to the Senior Accountant and requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and at least 1 year of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations for designated GL areas.
• Maintain cash reconciliations across bank accounts.
• Update prepaid amortization schedules and capitalization checks.
• Maintain fixed asset ledgers with depreciation tracking.
• Assist with accrued liability workpapers.
• Support clinical trial accounting procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with partners across the company.
