Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Finance Manager in daily, monthly, and year-end accounting and financial operations.

The role covers AP/AR, invoicing, bank and credit card reconciliations, GL maintenance, and payroll support while ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The candidate will collaborate with the Finance Manager and Financial Account Manager to prepare and distribute reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review and enter credit card transactions; support invoicing.
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in budgets, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Support payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now.
