Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting.
• Advanced Excel experience; QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review general ledgers in detail and ensure accuracy.
• Support control procedures across the accounting team.
• Assist with general ledger coding and account reconciliations.
• Reconciling GL accounts and analyzing variances.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain asset schedules.
• Handle month-end closing activities and financial statement prep.
• Assist with reports for management, auditors, tax team and government agencies.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and reconciliations.
