Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/annual reporting. The role supports audit activities and cross‑functional finance teams in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include preparing financial documents, consolidations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Onsite work with potential collaboration on special projects and extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated strong consolidation and reporting skill set
• Bachelor's Degree emphasis in Accounting

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial documents and implementing procedures.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly, financial and operational reviews of subsidiaries in accordance with GAAP and company guidelines.
• Assists with the year-end close according to best practices and requirements as prescribed by the State Accounting Office.
• Provides professional guidance and assistance in the solution of accounting and financial problems.
• Assist with preparation of year end audit work papers for external auditors.
• Preparing Fleet related reports and filings.
