Mason & Blair, LLC, a growing SaaS client in Redwood City, seeks a Senior Accountant with strong AP experience. The role reports to an Accounting Manager and requires a 3 day in-office work week (Mon–Wed) in Redwood City.

Responsibilities include primary ownership of accounts payable, accrued expenses, corporate credit card and bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities using Netsuite. The role also supports broader GL tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and strong AP workflows.
• Proficient in month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Solid ability to perform reconciliations and GL balancing.
• Experience analyzing operating expenses and cost drivers.
• Knowledge of Netsuite and Coupa is required.

Our growing SaaS client in Redwood City is looking for a Senior Accountant with strong AP experience. This role will report to an Accounting Manager and have a wide variety of responsibilities with a 3 day in office (Mon, Tues, Wed) work requirement in Redwood City. Experience with Netsuite and Coupa are required.

Primary ownership of accounts payable, accrued expenses, corporate credit card and bank reconciliations, and related month-end close activities using Netsuite. This role will also support a broader range of general ledger responsibilities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and operating expense analysis.
