Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile monthly accounting activity.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and subsidiary schedules.
• Process weekly payroll and apply payroll changes.
• Record and reconcile monthly health insurance expenses.
• Prepare bi-monthly and monthly customer billing.
• Assist in analyzing AR balance activity.
• Perform collections on past-due accounts.
• Prepare monthly variances for balance sheet and income statement.
• Identify process improvements and GAAP compliance opportunities.
