Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Financial Controller across transactional processing, financial analysis, and annual budgeting. The role ensures GAAP compliance and smooth month-end close, with responsibilities spanning billing, tenant relations, and audit support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience; CPA is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• CPA license is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Management: Process monthly billings for tenant and airline accounts; audit and record monthly tenant sales reports; maintain daily cash receipts and process monthly deposits; prepare detailed monthly general ledger revenue analyses and maintenance reports.
• Tenant & Account Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting inquiries and requests from commercial tenants and facility partners.
• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Perform assigned month-end and year-end closing duties; assist with the preparation of management reports, supporting schedules, and annual financial statements.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Assist with external audits and help implement effective financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Special Projects: Contribute to department and cross-functional organizational projects as assigned.
