Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 2 years accounting experience with knowledge of state and federal governmental fiscal and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and document financial transactions.
• Collaborate with Supply Manager to tag, organize, screen, dispose, and transfer inventory.
• Maintain records in Banner and reconcile fixed assets financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and assist with disposal visits.
• Cross-train on other finance procedures as assigned.
