SupplyOne in Clearwater, FL is seeking a qualified Staff Accountant to join the finance team. The role will maintain the general ledger, handle accounts payable and receivable, and process payroll while supporting budgeting and financial reporting.

The position emphasizes internal controls, month-end close, and delivering financial insights to support business decisions, with a focus on process improvements and efficient accounting operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Prior accounting experience preferred in B2B environment.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Utilize accounting software effectively and assist with system enhancements.
• Help streamline and improve accounting processes.
