Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Staff Accountant / Finance Analyst in Los Angeles to support inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. The role requires a BS in Accounting or Finance and strong GAAP knowledge, with advanced Excel skills and experience in a global organization.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline STP processes, report for finance and sales teams, and help automate key reporting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
  • Experience with GAAP and financial statements is essential.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inter-company reconciliation review and dispute resolution.
  • Manage intercompany recharges and P&L expense analysis.
  • Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations as assigned.
  • Support STP processes with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes and support finance team.
