Job summary

W3Global in Addison, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Controller with daily accounting: payables, customer invoicing, driver pay settlements, and posting ACH and card payments in a fast-paced office. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years full-cycle GL experience, 1+ year public accounting, and strong QuickBooks and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience.
• 1+ year of public accounting experience (required).
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle payables, 100+ vendor invoices weekly.
• Process customer invoicing and driver pay settlements.
• Post ACH and credit card payments; rebills/credits.
• Support month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• On-site work in Addison, TX; reliable commute.
