Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledgers and financial statements for multiple family entities.
• Process all accounts payable transactions.
• Manage cash and prepare wire transfers.
• Track contracts for renewals and billings.
• Prepare monthly investment summary.
• Process weekly payroll.
