This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close, and providing accounting support across the organization, with emphasis on inventory and manufacturing accounting and cross-functional collaboration with Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Support inventory and manufacturing accounting.
• Prepare schedules and reports for treasury and financial reporting.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and internal controls.
• Participate in ERP initiatives and accounting process improvements.
• Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Perform other accounting and financial analysis activities as needed.
