Job summary

You will assist with month-end close, prepare financial reports, and help with budgeting while working under a senior team member. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with QuickBooks proficiency valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (internship accepted).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Help prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support audits and tax preparation by gathering necessary documentation.
