Job summary

Brand Networks, LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a Staff Accountant to own key components of the monthly close under US GAAP. This hands-on role requires handling high‑volume journal entries, performing reconciliations, and delivering accurate reports in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage GL coding, oversee reconciliations for complex accounts, ensure revenue and vendor invoices are entered correctly, assist audits and budgeting, and provide AR/AP backup as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 3-6 years of professional finance or accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Finance and Operations D365, Expensify, Power BI, Power Query is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL coding, reconciliation, standard and non-standard journal entries.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations for complex balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure revenue and vendor invoices are correctly entered.
• Prepare monthly reports for leadership review and post in Finance and Operations D365.
• Serve as backup for AR/AP team: invoicing, payments, vendor requests.
