Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy is seeking a Staff Accountant (P1) to maintain an accurate general ledger, prepare financial statements, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues for assigned operational projects. This in-office role requires on site presence in our office a minimum of three days per week with hybrid flexibility of working remotely two days per week, subject to manager and policy approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience or senior-level coursework.
• Strong technical accounting background with GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues for assigned projects.
• Code and review payables, monitor cash, and assist audits.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers to explain financial results.
