Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting.
• Two+ years of related work experience and/or senior level courses.
• Technical and analytical accounting background and familiarity with complex accounting issues.
• Experience with consolidations, US and foreign GAAP issues, foreign currency translation.
• Commitment to deadlines for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations.
• Handle revenue invoicing and accounts payable for assigned projects.
• Record fixed assets and assist in financial statements and variance analyses.
• Maintain communication with Asset Managers to provide insight on project financials.
• Review and code all payables for assigned projects.
• Support annual financial audits with documentation for external auditors.
• Assist in implementing process improvements within Asset Accounting.
