Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records and timely reporting. You will reconcile accounts, manage month-end close activities, and collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and People & Culture to align processes with business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Strong time-management, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience using Excel, Oracle Netsuite, Rippling, Brex, Stampli and FloQast.

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries and prepare reconciliations in support of month-end close.
• Operating Expenses (Accruals).
• Fixed Assets & Prepaid Expenses.
• Treasury/Bank Reconciliations.
