Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking Retail Sales Associates to be the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They drive sales, support daily store operations, and help create a fun, welcoming shopping environment.

Working closely with the team, you will engage customers with product knowledge and styling ideas, while thriving in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required to support busy periods.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

What you'll do

Compensation Range

$19/per hour
