Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS as applicable.
• CPA designation or progress toward professional accounting is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review financial data discrepancies and assist with adjustments.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-/quarter-/year-end close with reconciliations and accruals.
• Issue customer invoices and coordinate collections to improve AR performance.
• Process accounts payable and ensure accurate expense coding.
