DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our North America accounting team. You will maintain financial records for US operations, run reconciliations, support monthly close, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, automation, and working with ERP systems. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• ERP system experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills & ability to work with large data sets

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and assisting with monthly close processes
• Performing & automating monthly balance sheet & bank account reconciliations
• In charge of reconciling Inventory and working with Supply Chain team to understand costs
• Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
• Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Assisting the Controller and CFO as needed
• Assisting with setting up ERP account structures
