Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and solid month-end close knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Paylocity or Zoho is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate, timely reporting across three divisions and gain broad exposure.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Work across accounting, payroll, CRM, and reporting systems to research transactions and improve processes.
• Support internal controls and assist with audit, tax, and financial reviews.
