Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting across three divisions.

You will partner with the Controller, gain broad exposure to the business, and own key financial functions with mentorship and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and solid grasp of accounting principles and month-end close.
• Sharp analytical skills and a real eye for detail.
• Commission or sales-compensation experience a plus; Paylocity/Zoho experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Renu Energy Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you'll work side by side with our Controller, gain broad exposure across the business, and take ownership of key financial functions, including preparing reports across our three divisions.

This role will report to our Charlotte office

What You'll Do
