Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily journal entries and GL imports for accuracy and addresses system errors.
• Prepares daily/monthly reconciliations for cash accounts, investments, payroll, fixed assets, and other accounts.
• Researches tax code for property tax compliance and annual filings; handles regulatory reporting updates.
• Backups critical cash reconciliations and supports Finance leadership in process improvements.
• Balances image batches and resolves issues with Deposit Services and member centers.
• Prepares month-end reporting including accruals and financial statements.
