Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Staff Accountant to support both day-to-day accounting and ongoing process improvements. The role has a strong focus on cost accounting, ERP improvements, and collaborating with departments across the organization.

Key duties include improving costing in the ERP, General Ledger mapping, journal entries, month-end close, and producing required reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ERP systems and learning new software quickly

Responsibilities

Support improvements and development of costing processes within the ERP system
Assist with General Ledger mapping and accounting setup within the manufacturing system
Prepare and maintain required reporting and assist with compliance-related accounting requirements
Prepare and post journal entries, complete General Ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
Work with various departments to improve accounting processes and procedures
Assist with costing, ERP, and other accounting-related projects as needed
Identify process or compliance issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them
