Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and weekly check runs.
• Prepare subcontractor payments and ensure COI, subcontracts, and ROIs are compliant.
• Perform month-end and year-end closes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax filings and audits; support process improvements.
