Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting both Construction and Corporate accounting within a vertically integrated real estate platform, reporting to the Controller.

The position focuses on month-end close, job cost accounting in Yardi, treasury support, and financial reporting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate across Construction, Property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience; internship or real estate accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close and balance sheet activities.
• Review and post construction job cost accounting entries in Yardi.
• Generate monthly job cost reports and support financial reporting packages.
• Track cash flow for CapEx and tenant improvements projects.
• Process and post construction management fees and reclassifications.
• Support corporate billbacks, reimbursements, and treasury activities.
