You will contribute to process improvements and automation, develop systems fluency, and build a solid technical foundation early in your career. Hybrid work requires 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large data sets.
• Willingness to learn complex accounting systems and drive process improvements.
• Active pursuit of CPA licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad portfolio of recurring monthly close deliverables across cash, debt, intercompany, royalties, and analytics.
• Support consolidation, close administration, and global debt validation.
• Participate in automation initiatives and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely close.
