Job summary

Syfan USA, Corp. is seeking an accounting professional to assist with day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations in our in-office setting.

You will process accruals, prepaid amortization, depreciation, journal entries, and perform reconciliations of bank statements, fixed assets, and accruals, while supporting management with timely reports. The role emphasizes accuracy, internal controls, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or business with emphasis in accounting required.
• 2+ years of financial statement compilation and general accounting experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of clerical accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting theory.
• Inventory understanding.
• Knowledge of Business Accounting Reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of accounting.
• Process monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, depreciation, and journal entries.
• Perform general account analysis and reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, accruals, prepaid).
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to management as needed.
• Record daily cash activity and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist with annual inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Compile and report monthly financial statements to upper management.
• Enhance internal controls and financial reporting policies.
• Assist in special projects and other accounting tasks as required.
• Assist with accounts payable record keeping, filing, and input.
