The role involves journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, and collaboration to improve processes and reporting accuracy. A Bachelor's in accounting and 1+ year experience are required, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• 1+ years of accounting and financial statement preparation experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and strong time management skills.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, analyze data, and resolve issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Involved in all aspects of general ledger accounting.
• Prepare account reconciliations and perform monthly close processes and procedures for certain companies.
• Record journal entries in one or more ERP systems.
• Prepare and review financial statements for reasonableness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Complete bank account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting issues related to depreciation, revenue accruals, payables accruals, intercompany charges, etc.
• Communicate with AR and AP managers to clarify accounting requirements and priorities.
• Manage close schedules and alert team members of deadlines for GL and subledger closes.
• Participate in projects to improve accounting processes and automation for monthly close and reporting.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis and budgeting exercises.
• Maintain accurate and complete records.
• Ensure compliance with related controls.
